1. Information we collect

To fulfill orders we collect: name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. These are used for delivery, order notifications and after-sales service.

Payments are processed by Alipay. Payment credentials and transaction records are collected and managed by the payment institution under applicable law; this website does not store your card number or payment passwords.

Limited technical data (language preference and session identifiers for cart and language switching) is collected automatically and is not used for cross-site tracking.

2. How we use information

Order data is used only for: goods delivery, invoicing, after-sales handling, and legally required record keeping.

We do not sell your personal data, and do not share it with parties unrelated to order fulfillment. Carriers receive only the consignee name, address and phone necessary for delivery.

3. Storage and protection

Your data is stored on servers located in the People's Republic of China. We apply encryption in transit and access controls to protect it.

Order records are retained as required by law (no less than three years); personal data beyond retention is deleted or anonymized.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data via support@annipu.com or 021-39360117. We respond within fifteen business days.

5. Policy updates
