Terms of Service

1. Products and pricing

Prices are listed in CNY (orders within mainland China) or USD (other regions), inclusive of applicable taxes.

The OpenA2 industrial 3D printer is made to order: production is scheduled after payment, with a default lead time of 30 days as stated on the product page, counted from payment confirmation.

2. Order acceptance

An order is concluded upon successful payment. If a pricing error, unfulfillable stock or force majeure prevents fulfillment, we will refund in full and terminate the order.

For high-value orders we may confirm purchase intent with you before scheduling production.

3. Payment

Mainland China orders are paid via Alipay; payment methods for other regions are as shown at checkout. Settlement is in the currency confirmed at order time.

4. Delivery and acceptance

Goods are shipped by professional carriers; arrival time depends on production schedule and logistics. Please inspect on delivery; for transit damage, refuse the parcel or contact support on the signing day with packaging and photo evidence.

Activation of the equipment constitutes acceptance (statutory quality liability excepted).

5. Intellectual property

Trademarks, copy, product designs and images on this site are our property. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes not resolved by negotiation go to the competent court where Shanghai Annipu Technology Co., Ltd. is registered.
